application submission was APPROVED
You will ONLY be contacted by phone
if we are interested in scheduling
an interview & the possibility of
confirming your invitation to the
next test shoot for the Cover or
HFModels Magazine.
By submitting images, the
individual(s) agree to be bound
hereby for themselves, their heirs,
executors, administrators and
assign, waive, release and forever
discharge the Register Magazine and
all of the participating sponsors,
as well as the their owners,
directors, employees or anyone else
involved with this event from any
and all liability, claims, demands,
or actions arising or relating to
any loss, damage, or injury of any
nature suffered by the contestant in
conjunction with the next test shoot
for the Cover or HFModels Magazine.
